   LOCATED ON THE WORLD-WIDE WEB AT HTTP:/WWW.NGA.MIL/PORTAL/SITE/DNC.
2. ALL DNC USERS SHOULD USE THE SECURE DNC WEBSITES FOR CURRENT VDU
