1. MINE CLEARANCE WORK IN THE AREA OF THE FALKLAND ISLANDS HAS NOW BEEN COMPLETED AND OTHER HAZARDS TO SHIPPING MARKED. HOWEVER, THE POSSIBILITY REMAINS OF DISCOVERING FUTURE HAZARDS TO SAFE NAVIGATION. 2. MARINERS WISHING TO TRANSIT COASTAL WATERS OR ENTER FALKLAND ISLANDS HARBORS ARE ADVISED TO CONTACT EITHER THE QUEENS HARBOR MASTER, PORT STANLEY OR ANY HM SHIP IN THE AREA VIA IMM VHF CHANNEL 16 AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY. 3. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS STILL APPLY TO ARGENTINE REGISTERED MERCHANT VESSELS WISHING TO ENTER A ZONE 150 NAUTICAL MILES AROUND THE ISLANDS. 4. CANCEL HYDROLANTS 1023/82, 1217/82, 1350/82 AND THIS PARAGRAPH UPON RECEIPT.
