HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS. 1. THE PROJECTED RE-ENTRY AND BREAK UP FROM A DE-ORBITING SATELLITE WILL OCCUR 310300Z TO 311200Z JAN IN AREA BETWEEN 28-30N AND 28-30S IN THE INDIAN OCEAN OR PACIFIC OCEAN. THE DEBRIS FIELD MAY BE UP TO 625 MILES LONG. SOME DEBRIS MAY WEIGH UP TO 100 LBS. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 311300Z JAN.
