1.  REPORTS OF VESSELS BEING BOARDED BY ARMED PIRATES OFF LAGOS HARBOR
CONTINUE.  FREQUENTLY VESSELS AT ANCHOR ARE BOARDED, CREW MEMBERS INJURED, SHIPS
PROPERTY AND PERSONAL PROPERTY STOLEN.  MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE
CAUTION IN THESE WATERS.
2.  CANCEL HYDROLANT 1469/82 AND THIS PARAGRAPH UPON RECEIPT.
