A PIRACY ATTACK OCCURED AGAINST THE AMERICAN
CARGO TRANSPORT U.S. FLAG MERCHANT SHIP
THUNDER & LIGHTNING AN INTERGRATED TUG & BARGE
CARRYING U.S. RECONSTRUCTION CARGOES INTO
UMM QUSAR/QASAR, IRAQ. FORTUNATELY THERE WERE 
NO INJURIES (EVEN THOUGH SHOTS WERE FIRED).
THE MOTIVE APPEARED TO BE FINANCIAL.
