1. ALL SHIPS INTENDING TO ENTER IRANIAN TERRITORIAL
   WATERS AND PORTS COMMENCING 010001Z JUL SHOULD
   FULLY COMPLY WITH PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER XI PART
   TWO OF SOLAS CONVENTION AND ISPS CODE (PART A).
2. VESSELS SHALL DEMONSTRATE THAT APPROPRIATE MARITIME
   SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE ACCORDING TO ISPS
   REGULATION.
3. VESSELS SHALL MAINTAIN THE COMPLIANCE UNTIL LEAVING
   IRANIAN JURISDICTIONAL WATERS.
