   CAUSING FIRE IN 19-31.4N 071-18.3E AT 271700Z JUL.
   APPROXIMATELY 150 PERSONS AFFECTED. VESSELS IN VICINITY
   REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
   REPORTS TO MRCC MUMBAI.
