1. SIX PIRATES, ARMED WITH KNIVES, BOARDED A TUG TOWING A BARGE UNDERWAY IN 02-30.6N 104-14.0E AT 281730Z JUN. FOUR PIRATES ARMED WITH GUNS REMAINED STANDING BY IN THE SPEEDBOAT. THE PIRATES STOLE CREW'S PERSONAL BELONGINGS, SHIP'S PROPERTIES AND CASH. AFTER THREE HOURS OF LOOTING, THE PIRATES ESCAPED IN THEIR SPEEDBOAT. CAUTION ADVISED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 12 JUL.
