   TO DOWNLOAD ANY FILES FROM NGAS DIGITAL NAUTICAL CHART (DNC) WEBSITE
   LOCATED ON THE WORLD-WIDE WEB AT HTTP:/WWW.NGA.MIL/PORTAL/SITE/DNC.
2. ALL DNC USERS SHOULD USE THE SECURE DNC WEBSITES FOR CURRENT VDU
   UPDATES, NEW EDITION BASELINE LIBRARIES, AND UPDATED LIBRARIES DOWNLOADS.
3. THE SECURE WEBSITES ARE:
