TO ENTERING CANADIAN WATERS. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, ALL VESSELS TO WHICH THE VTS ZONE REGULATIONS ARE APPLICABLE WHO INTEND ENTERING THE TERRITORIAL WATERS OF CANADA, FROM SEAWARD, ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A 96 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE OF ARRIVAL REPORT OR AS SOON AS PRACTICAL WHERE THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL OF THE SHIP IN CANADIAN WATERS IS LESS THAN 96 HOURS AFTER THE TIME THE SHIP DEPARTED ITS LAST PORT OF CALL. THIS NEW REPORT WILL BE IN ADDITION TO THE CURRENT 24 HOUR ADVANCE REPORT CURRENTLY REQUIRED. REPORT FORMAT AND DELIVERY PROCESS WILL BE THE SAME FOR BOTH REPORTS. THIS WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
