PIRACY ATTACK REPORTED IN 01-47.2S 056-07.1E AT 041900Z OCT.
WINDS IN THE AREA ARE FIVE TO TEN KNOTS WHICH IS
CONDUCIVE TO SMALL BOAT OPERATIONS. THIS HAS BEEN
ESTABLISHED AS A TEMPORARY HIGH RISK AREA. VESSELS
PASSING WITHIN 100 MILES ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE
EXTREME CAUTION. PLEASE REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS
ACTIVITY TO IMB PIRACY REPORTING CENTER,
UKMTO DUBAI, MARLO BAHRAIN OR MSC HOA.
