A MERCHANT VESSEL HAS REPORTED COMING UNDER ATTACK IN 03-44.1S 045-41.3E, APPROXIMATELY 320 MILES EAST OF MOMBASA, KENYA AT 020825Z NOV. THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY OF ATTACKS IN THIS AREA FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 24-48 HOURS. WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR PIRATE ACTIVITY IN THE SOMALI BASIN. CAUTION ADVISED.
