M/V ATTACKED IN 00-27N 061-39E AT 071347Z DEC (APPROXIMATELY 480 MILES NORTHEAST OF PORT VICTORIA, SEYCHELLES). VESSEL IS REPORTEDLY ON FIRE, THERE IS NO INFORMATION TO CONFIRM HOW SERIOUS THE FIRE IS. VESSEL REPORTED MOTHER SHIP APPROXIMATELY FOUR MILES AWAY. MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS HIGH RISK AREA FOR THE NEXT 48-72 HOURS. WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN CONDUCIVE TO SMALL BOATS. CAUTION ADVISED.
