CHILE.
TSUNAMI WARNING.
1. AN EARTHQUAKE OCCURRED AT 162254Z SEP WITH A PRELIMINARY
   MAGNITUDE OF 8.3 VICINITY 31-36S 071-48W. A TSUNAMI
   HAS BEEN GENERATED WHICH COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE
   COASTAL AREAS OF CHILE, AND FRENCH POLYNESIA.
   TSUNAMI WAVE HEIGHTS CANNOT BE PREDICTED AND MAY
   BE A SERIES OF WAVES WHICH COULD BE DANGEROUS FOR
   SEVERAL HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL WAVE ARRIVAL.
