1. MARINERS ARE ADVISED THAT PORT FACILITIES AND AIDS TO NAVIGATION
   IN AND AROUND THE ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS HAVE BEEN HEAVILY
   DAMAGED AND ARE UNRELIABLE. MAJOR CHANGES IN TOPOGRAPHY OF COASTLINES
   AND BATHYMETRY HAVE OCCURRED. NUMEROUS UNCHARTED WRECKS AND OBSTRUCTIONS
   MAY ALSO BE ENCOUNTERED.
2. EXTREME CAUTION SHOULD BE EXERCISED WHEN NAVIGATING IN THIS AREA.
