NGA HAS RECEIVED RELIABLE REPORTS OF CHART SYMBOLOGY CHARTED APPROXIMATELY 150 METERS TO THE NE OF THEIR ACTUAL WGS-84 POSITION ON NGA DIGITAL NAUTICAL CHART (DNC) HARBOR LIBRARY H1415640 "ACAJUTLA, EL SALVADOR" AND DMA CHART 21524, PLAN A, "ACAJUTLA", 3RD ED., OCT 29, 1994. MARINERS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION AND NOT RELY SOLELY ON ANY SINGLE AID TO NAVIGATION TO DERIVE THEIR VESSEL POSITION IN RELATION TO THE FEATURES ON THESE CHARTS.
