OBSERVATIONS OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY WITH POSSIBLE
USE OF MOTHERSHIPS HAS BEEN REPORTED IN AN AREA
APPROXIMATELY 320 MILES EAST OF EYL, SOMALIA. ONI
ASSESSES THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY OF ATTACKS
IN THIS AREA FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 24-48 HOURS.
WIND SPEEDS DURING THIS TIME ARE EXPECTED TO
REMAIN AT 5-10KTS FROM THE NORTH WITH WAVE
HEIGHTS AT 2-4 FEET THROUGH THIS PERIOD.
