1. THE U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT OF SAN FRANCISCO HAS ESTABLISHED A SECURITY ZONE SURROUNDING OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE SECURITY ZONES EXTEND 1000 YARDS SEAWARD FROM THE SHORELINE OF EACH AIRPORT. 2. MARINERS SHALL CONTACT THE U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT BEFORE ENTERING OR TRANSITING THESE ZONES. 3. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16 REGARDING THIS MSG. 4. CANCEL THIS MSG 010001Z MAY 02.
