WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. THE U.S. COAST GUARD HAS RECEIVED A REPORT OF A 30FT WHITE HULL S/V WITH TORN BLACK SAILS, APPROX 935NM SOUTH OF BOSTON, MA IN POSITION 37-08N 051-23W.
