1. CAMSLANT HAS RESUMED NORMAL OPERATIONS ON ALL DSC FUNCTIONS.
   UPGRADE HAS ENABLED THE AUTOMATIC TEST CALL RESPONSE FUNCTION.
   CAMSLANT WILL NOW ONLY ACCEPT CALLS AT THE CHESAPEAKE, VA (NMN) MMSI:
   003669995 AND NEW ORLEANS, LA (NMG) MMSI: 003669998 SITES ON 4207.5 KHZ.
   CALLS TO THESE SITES ON THIS SPECIFIC FREQUENCY WILL BE REPLIED TO BY
   THE USCG AUTOMATIC TEST CALL RESPONSE FUNCTION. TEST CALLS WILL NOT
   BE ACCEPTED ON ANY OTHER FREQUENCY. ALL OTHER DIGITAL SELECTIVE
   CALLING FUNCTIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
