MISSILE DEBRIS RETRIEVAL OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V LIBERTY STAR IN AREA BOUND BY SHORELINE AND 28-24N 080-37W, 27-00N 080-00W, 30-00N 079-00W, 28-35N 080-35W. DEBRIS IS CONSIDERED HAZARDOUS AND NO ATTEMPT SHOULD BE MADE TO RETRIEVE IT. VESSELS WHICH LOCATE DEBRIS ARE REQUESTED TO CONTACT M/V LIBERTY STAR ON 5.180 MHZ, VHF CHANNEL 16, OR VIA CELL PHONE 258-2853. IF CAPABLE, PROVIDE GPS COORDINATES OF DEBRIS.
