CARIBBEAN SEA. EASTERN CARIBBEAN. 1. DUE TO SAFETY MEASURES TO COMBAT COVID-19, ALL VESSELS ARE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES SET FORTH BY THE DUTCH CARIBBEAN COASTGUARD. 2. THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS HAVE IMPLEMENTED CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS: A. ARUBA B. BONAIRE C. CURACAO 3. ALL TRAFFIC IS CLOSED INCLUDING CRUISE SHIPS, PLEASURE CRAFTS AND SAILING YACHTS. 4. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LOCAL TRAFFIC, CARGO VESSELS AND PETROLEUM TANKERS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
