   A. PORT OF BEAUMONT.
   B. PORT ARTHUR.
   C. PORT ORANGE.
   D. PORT LAKE CHARLES.
   E. ALL APPROACHES, INLAND WATERS, COASTAL INLETS,
      TRIBUTARIES AND CONNECTING WATERWAYS. NO VESSEL
      MAY ENTER, DEPART OR TRANSIT WITHIN THIS SAFETY ZONE.
