2. THE REPORTING SYSTEM COVERS INTERNATIONAL
WATERS IN THE GULF OF FINLAND BETWEEN THE
WESTERN REPORTING LINE DRAWN FROM THE KOPU
PENINSULA AND THE EASTERN REPORTING LINE AT
026-30.0E.
3. THE AREA IS DIVIDED INTO TWO, WITH THE CENTRAL
REPORTING LINE THROUGH THE MIDPOINTS OF THE
SEPARATION ZONES OF THE TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEMES.
VESSELS ENTERING THE AREA FROM:
A. NORTH OF THE CENTRAL REPORTING LINE:
HELSINKI TRAFFIC VHF CHANNEL 60
B. SOUTH OF THE CENTRAL REPORTING LINE:
TALLINN TRAFFIC VHF CHANNEL 61
C. IN RUSSIAN TERRITORIAL WATERS:
ST PETERSBURG TRAFFIC VHF CHANNEL 74
4. VESSELS SHALL CONTINUOUSLY MONITOR THE MAIN VHF
CHANNEL OF THE TRAFFIC CENTER IN WHICH THEY ARE
NAVIGATING. FURTHER INFORMATION IS CONTAINED
WITHIN NOTICE TO MARINERS OF ESTONIA, FINLAND
AND RUSSIA.
