PHILIPPINE SEA. TAIWAN. DNC 23. EARTHQUAKE WITH MAGNITUDE OF 7.5 HAS OCCURRED IN VICINITY 23-48.00N 121-42.00E AT 022358Z APR. TSUNAMI WAVES REACHING THREE METERS ABOVE THE TIDE LEVEL ARE POSSIBLE WHICH COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURROUNDING COASTS. TSUNAMI MAY BE A SERIES OF WAVES WHICH COULD BE DANGEROUS FOR SEVERAL HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL WAVE ARRIVAL.
