1. EARTHQUAKE WITH MAGNITUDE OF 7.2 HAS OCCURRED
   IN VICINITY 15-06.00S 167-42.00E. 081233Z JAN. HAZARDOUS
   TSUNAMI WAVES FROM THIS EARTHQUAKE ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN
   300 KM OF THE EPICENTER ALONG THE COASTS OF VANUATU.
2. TSUNAMI ACTIVITY IS FORECASTED TO START AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
   A. ESPERITU SANTO VANUATU 15-06.00S 167.18.00E AT 1252Z.
3. A TSUNAMI IS A SERIES OF WAVES. THE TIME BETWEEN WAVE CRESTS
   CAN VARY FROM 5 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. THE HAZARD MAY PERSIST
   FOR MANY HOURS OR LONGER AFTER THE INITIAL WAVE.
4. CANCEL HYDROPAC 90/23.
