1. THE US COAST GUARD NAVIGATION CENTER (NAVCEN) RECEIVED A REPORT
   STATING THE BROADCAST NAVIGATION MESSAGE FROM SEVERAL PRN'S HAVE
   BEEN, AND ARE, NON-COMPLIANT WITH IS GPS 200 PARAGRAPH 20.3.4.4.
   GPS USERS MAY EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE ERRORS IN ACCURACY DUE TO SATELLITE
   TRANSMITIONS.
2. USERS THAT MAY HAVE EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS, ANOMALIES OR OUTAGES
   WITH GPS DURING THIS PERIOD ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE ONLINE
   FEEDBACK VIA THE USCG NAVCEN'S "GPS OUTAGE WORKSHEET" AT:
