EXTINGUISHED, OR DESTROYED AS A RESULT OF HURRICANE AND STORMS.
MARINERS SHOULD NOT RELY SOLELY UPON THE POSITION OR OPERATION
OF AN AID TO NAVIGATION, BUT ALSO EMPLOY ALL OTHER MEANS AVAILABLE
TO DETERMINE POSITIONS.
