HURRICANE WILMA IS IN POSITION 20.0N 086.2W HEADING NNW AT 6 KTS. MARINERS ARE REMINDED THAT AIDS TO NAVIGATION, PARTICULARLY LIGHTED AND UNLIGHTED BUOYS MAY BE MOVED FROM CHARTED POSITIONS, EXTINGUISHED, OR DESTROYED AS A RESULT OF HURRICANE AND STORMS. MARINERS SHOULD NOT RELY SOLELY UPON THE POSITION OR OPERATION OF AN AID TO NAVIGATION, BUT ALSO EMPLOY ALL OTHER MEANS AVAILABLE TO DETERMINE POSITIONS.
