WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. JAPAN. TSUNAMI WARNING. AN EARTHQUAKE HAS OCCURRED AT 212100Z NOV WITH A PRELIMINARY MAGNITUDE OF 7.3 IN VICINITY 37-18N 141-36E. A TSUNAMI HAS BEEN GENERATED WHICH COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO COASTAL AREAS OF JAPAN. TSUNAMI WAVE HEIGHTS CANNOT BE PREDICTED AND MAY BE A SERIES OF WAVES WHICH COULD BE DANGEROUS FOR SEVERAL HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL WAVE ARRIVAL.
