1. EARTHQUAKE WITH MAGNITUDE OF 7.2 OCCURRED
   IN 22-42S 170-18E AT 310544Z MAR.
   TSUNAMI WAVES ARE POSSIBLE WHICH COULD
   CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURROUNDING COASTS.
2. TSUNAMI ACTIVITY IS FORECASTED TO START AT
   THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
   VANUATU 20-12S 169-54E AT 310612Z MAR.
3. TSUNAMI WAVES REACHING THREE METERS ABOVE
   THE TIDE LEVEL ARE POSSIBLE AND MAY BE
   A SERIES OF WAVES WHICH COULD BE DANGEROUS
   FOR SEVERAL HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL WAVE
   ARRIVAL.
