WESTERN SOUTH PACIFIC.
CORAL SEA.
1. AN EARTHQUAKE OCCURRED AT 192244Z NOV WITH A
   PRELIMINARY MAGNITUDE OF 7.0, IN 21-18S 168-30E.
   A TSUNAMI HAS BEEN GENERATED WHICH COULD CAUSE
   DAMAGE TO THE COASTAL AREAS OF NEW CALEDONIA AND
   VANUATU. TSUNAMI WAVE HEIGHTS CANNOT BE PREDICTED
   AND MAY BE A SERIES OF WAVES WHICH COULD BE DANGEROUS
   FOR SEVERAL HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL WAVE ARRIVAL.
