DUE TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY SITUATION CAUSED BY
COVID-19, THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT HAS DECREED A STATE 
OF EMERGENCY REGULATED BY LAW (RD 463/20).
RESTRICTIONS ON FREE MOVEMENT AND CONTAINMENT HAS 
BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR CITIZENS AND FOREIGN AT SPANISH 
TERRITORIES, WHICH INCLUDES ALL CREW AND PASSENGERS 
ON BOARD ANY VESSEL OR CRAFTS BERTHED, ANCHORED 
OR ON CALL TO SPANISH PORTS.
