1. AN EARTHQUAKE HAS STRUCK NORTHWESTERN TURKEY IN THE VICINITY OF
   ISTANBUL, IZMIT, AND THE NORTHEASTERN COASTLINE OF THE SEA OF
   MARMARA.
2. THE PORTS OF IZMIT KORFEZI MAY HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGE TO PIERS AND
   OTHER HARBOR FACILITIES.
3. MARINERS ARE ADVISED THAT AIDS TO NAVIGATION IN IZMIT KORFEZI MAY
   BE DAMAGED OR OTHERWISE UNRELIABLE.
4. MARINERS ARE REQUESTED TO REPORT ANY DAMAGED AND/OR UNRELIABLE
   AIDS TO NAVIGATION AND ANY HAZARDS TO NAVIGATION TO THE NAVAREA
