   FOR CABO DE GATA EFFECTIVE 010001Z DEC. SEE SECTION I OF
   N/M 42/98 FOR PRELIMINARY CHART CORRECTIONS FOR 52040 AND
   52060 AND SECTION I OF N/M 48/98 WHICH SUPERSEDES THE
   PRELIMINARY CHART CORRECTIONS.
