   A NEW TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEME (TSS) AND ROUTING MEASURES
   FOR THE SOUTH COAST OF SOUTH AFRICA EFFECTIVE 010001Z DEC.
   SEE SECTION III OF N/M 37/98 FOR DIAGRAMS, SECTION I OF
   N/M 46/98 FOR PRELIMINARY CHART CORRECTIONS FOR 61000, 61040
   AND 61050 AND SECTION I OF N/M 50/98 WHICH SUPERSEDES THE
   PRELIMINARY CHART CORRECTIONS.
