1. DNC USERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT TRAFFIC SEPARATIONS
   SCHEMES (TSS) IN THE GULF OF FINLAND TOOK EFFECT ON
   01 JAN BUT WILL NOT APPEAR IN THE VDU PATCH FOR CD22
   UNTIL 30 JAN. DETAILS OF THE TSS CAN BE FOUND IN U.S.
   NOTICE TO MARINERS 43/10 (PRELIMINARY) AND 5/11 FOR
   NGA CHARTS 44140, 44160, 44420 AND 44430.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 31 JAN.
