1. MAJOR NATO EXERCISE 13 THRU 25 MAY IN THE SKAGGERAK, KATTEGAT, AND SOUTHERN
   BALTIC SEA. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. NAVAL CO-OPERATION AND GUIDANCE TO SHIPPING
   (NCAGS) PROCEDURES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ALL SHIPPING. VESSELS REQUIRING MORE
   INFORMATION ARE REQUESTED TO CONTACT THE NATO SHIPPING CENTER (NCS)
