AMVER NY IS EXPERIENCING SPORADIC INTERRUPTION DURING RECEIPT OF
AMVER REPORTS. THE PROBLEM APPEARS TO BE ON THE TERRESTRIAL LANDLINE.
SHIPS MAY RECEIVE AN ERROR MESSAGE IF AN AMVER REPORT IS SENT DURING
THESE INTERRUPTIONS. AGGRESSIVE ACTION IS BEING TAKEN TO FIX THIS
TEMPORARY PROBLEM. ALL SHIPS ARE REQUESTED TO CONTINUE SUBMITTING
