DUE TO POWER OUTAGE AT GUAM, GUAM/NVR SITOR TRANSMITTERS ARE
RUNNING ON GENERATOR POWER AND HAVE NO BACK-UP POWER AT THIS
TIME. ALL REMOTE SERVICES ARE OPERATIONAL, BUT LOSS OF
GENERATOR POWER, WHICH COULD HAPPEN AT ANY TIME, WILL MEAN
LOSS OF NRV SITOR SERVICES.
