20-41S 115-36E AT 200400Z FEB. A LARGE YELLOW TAILBUOY,
POSSIBLY LIT WITH A QUICK FLASHING LIGHT AND FITTED WITH A
RADAR REFLECTOR, IS ATTACHED TO EACH CABLE.
