   OF SOLAR FLARES.
2. DURING INCIDENTS AT SEA, MARINERS SHOULD CHECK THEIR
   POSITION USING ALL ALTERNATE MEANS AVAILABLE.
3. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1557/12.
4. CANCEL THIS MSG 07 JUN.
