STANDARD NAUTICAL CHART ADVISORY.
1. BE ADVISED THAT DLA HAS A SEVERE SHORTAGE OF THE STANDARD
   NAUTICAL CHART PAPER STOCK. IT IS SUSPECTED TO
   BE MONTHS UNTIL THIS STOCK HAS BEEN REPLENISHED.
2. NGA STANDARD NAUTICAL CHARTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE
   THROUGH DLA CHANNELS, HOWEVER, THESE CHARTS WILL
   BE TEMPORARILY PRINTED ON PAPER STOCK WITH DEGRADED
   ABILITY TO INCLUDE ERASING PENCIL MARKS CLEANLY.
3. CANCEL THIS MSG 130001Z DEC 22.
