1. ABOUT EIGHT PIRATES, ARMED WITH LONG KNIVES
   BOARDED A BULK CARRIER UNDERWAY IN
   02-48.0N 105-09.2E AT 291950Z SEP. THEY TIED
   CAPTAIN'S HANDS AND STOLE CASH FROM HIM. THEN
   THEY WENT TO THE CHIEF ENGINEERS CABIN AND STOLE
   CASH MONEY. THEY TOOK THE CAPTAIN TO THE AFT DECK
   AND TIED HIM TO THE BOLLARD BEFORE ESCAPING.
   CAUTION ADVISED.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 15 OCT.
