   NOW ON THE NIPRNET,
   URL: HTTPS://WWW.GEOINTEL.NGA.MIL/PRODUCTS/DNC/.
   THE NIPRNET AND THE OSIS SITES WILL BOTH RUN UNTIL 31 JAN 07. 
   01 FEB 07 THE NIPRNET WILL BE THE ONLY SITE AVAILABLE
   TO ACCESS THE DNC WEBSITE. THE URL WILL BE LISTED ON NEW
   EDITION DNC READ ME FILES AND JEWEL CASE INSERTS. ANY QUESTIONS
