1. U.S. COAST GUARD SECTOR GUAM HF AND UHF CIRCUITS OFF AIR 092200Z TO 100200Z DEC. GUAM WILL MONITOR ONLY 2182 KHZ WITH LOCAL HF TRANSMITTER DURING THE OUTAGE. NO OTHER SAR OR HF AND UHF FREQUENCIES WILL BE MONITORED DURING THE OUTAGE. CAMSPAC SITOR CIRCUITS WILL ALSO BE DOWN. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 100300Z DEC.
