1. PIRATES ARMED WITH GUNS AND KNIVES ATTACKED FOUR
   VESSELS VICINITY 02-45N 104-10E AT 051030Z DEC.
   ONE INCIDENT INCLUDED STOLEN PERSONAL AND SHIP'S
   PROPERTIES. IN ANOTHER INCIDENT A TUG AND BARGE
   WERE HIJACKED. CAUTION ADVISED.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 19 DEC.
