AUSTRALIA-EAST COAST. F/V SNIPER IN 22-51S 156-42E AT 111730Z DEC REPORTS CREWMAN NEEDING URGENT MEDICAL EVACUATION. VESSEL ATTEMPTING TO PROCEED TO VICINITY 23-45S 154-30E BEFORE 120800Z DEC TO ALLOW HELICOPTER EVACUATION TO OCCUR DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS. DUE TO THE VESSELS' CURRENT SPEED THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. VESSELS WITHIN THREE HOURS OF F/V SNIPER ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDEVAC TO THE RENDEZVOUS POSITION BY 120800Z DEC REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
