THESE FEATURES ARE ADDED VIA US NOTICE TO MARINERS 52/15, LATEST DNC 24 AND DNC 25 VDU PATCHES AND ARE INCLUDED IN DNC 24 AND DNC 25 UPDATED LIBRARIES. THESE ROUTING MEASURES APPLY TO SHIPS OF 400 GROSS TONS OR MORE AND ARE INTENDED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF A MARINE CASUALTY, POLLUTION OR DAMAGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 10 JAN 16.
