1. COALITION FORCES ARE COMMITTED TO THE GLOBAL WAR ON TERRORISM (GWOT)
   AND THE CONTINUED SAFE PASSAGE OF VESSELS CONDUCTING LEGITIMATE
   COMMERCE.
2. THIS MSG IS INTENDED TO ADVISE REGIONAL SHIPPERS OF AN INCREASED
   COALITION NAVAL PRESENCE IN THE GULF OF OMAN FROM 23 TO 31 MARCH FOR
   A MULTI-LATERAL NAVAL EXERCISE.THERE WILL BE NO LIVE FIRING EVENTS
   BUT THE PRESENCE WILL BE SIGNIFICANT WITH MULTIPLE MILITARY PLATFORMS
   FROM SEVERAL COUNTRIES.
3. COMMERCIAL SHIPS ARE REQUESTED TO PROCEED WITH EXTRA CAUTION THROUGH
   THE AREA OF THE GULF OF OMAN BOUNDED NORTH OF 24-30N AND SOUTH OF 26-00N.
4. CANCEL THIS MSG 01 APR.
