CHART 92290 (2ND ED). 1. UNITED STATES MILITARY AIRCRAFT HAS FALLEN INTO THE SEA SOUTH OF NEGROS ISLAND, REPUBLIC OF PHILIPPINES VICINITY 09-00N 123-15E. 2. THE WRECKAGE AND RECOVERY OPERATIONS ARE IN PROGRESS AND MAY PROVIDE A HAZARD TO NAVIGATION. RECOVERY OPERATIONS MAY INCLUDE TOWING OF SUBMERGED OBJECTS AND OPERATIONS INVOLVING TETHERED EQUIPMENT FROM THE VESSEL. FIVE MILE BERTH REQUESTED AROUND THE AREA WHILE RECOVERY OPERATIONS ARE ONGOING. 3. THE AIRCRAFT AND ALL ARTICLES AND EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATED WITH IT REMAIN THE SOVEREIGN PROPERTY OF THE UNITED STATES AND SHOULD NOT BE DISTURBED OR REMOVED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. 4. IF ANY WRECKAGE ASSOCIATED WITH THE AIRCRAFT IS FOUND, IT SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY TURNED OVER TO THE NEAREST U.S. GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVE. 5. CANCEL THIS MSG 20 APR.
